BOX LACROSSE REGISTRATION IS OPEN

Box Lacrosse is back! Sundays starting December 13th and running through February 14th. Schedule TBA. Boys and girls teams grades 2nd-12th. Multiple teams per level. Games will be 5 vs 5 format. Youger players will receive both instruction and playing time. Youth league players will be registered as indviduals and then randomly assigned to teams. High school players may register as a team. Summer Speed Lacrosse

New this year! SVYL is proud to announce speed lacrosse. Fast, Fun and Free! July 22nd, July 29th, Aug 5th, Aug 12th at Sherando park from 6 to 8 pm What is speed lacrosse? A fast and fun game for boys and girls in grades 2-8. There will be two divisions (grades 2-5 and grades 6-8). Games will be played as follows: 3 on 3 lacrosse No contact at all, no stick checks or body checks No equipment Tennis ball or soft pinky ball 3'x3' goals 1 or 2 pass rule before shooting 15 minute game, non stop
